IMDA & IRAS: Singapore's Dual Authority Framework

Voluntary early adoption by existing GST-registered businesses to transmit invoice data to IRAS using InvoiceNow-Ready Solutions via the InvoiceNow network.

Mandatory for newly incorporated companies (within 6 months of incorporation) that register for GST voluntarily.
April 1, 2026
UpcomingPhase 2
Mandatory for all new voluntary GST-registrants, regardless of incorporation date or business constitution.
