In October 2019, our founder was elected as the Service Providers’ Representative at the OpenPeppol General Assembly in Brussels with 120 votes out of 200. His leadership was reaffirmed when he was re-elected unopposed in June 2021 and again in June 2023, serving a total of about five years before stepping down in November 2024.

Pioneering Global Interoperability

Champion of a Global Specification:

At the November 2017 OpenPeppol Community Meeting in Warsaw, he raised the need for a global interoperability specification. Later on, a PINT workgroup was created to ensure that Peppol could serve not just Europe but also emerging markets across APAC and globe.

Active in Key Workgroups:

His contributions extend to pivotal workgroups like PINT and the Critical Infrastructure Workgroup, which are crucial when Peppol expanded beyond Europe—first in Singapore (2018) and later in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond—to ensure localized BIS profiles maintained robust interoperability and the infrastructure can cater to new requirements.

Sharing Knowledge and Shaping the Future

Workshops & Panels:

Delivered workshops on Peppol to Singaporean public and private agencies in July 2018, hosted by IMDA and Enterprise Singapore.

Participated as a panellist at the E-Invoicing Exchange Summit in Singapore (December 2022), discussing “Upcoming Drivers and Shifts for National E-Invoicing Initiatives in Asia-Pacific: The Value of a Common E-Invoicing Standard.”

We proudly sponsored the E-Invoicing Exchange Summit in Dubai (February 10-12, 2025) at Park Hayat, Dubai where our founder has facilitated a roundtable discussion on the challenges and options for implementing e-invoicing.

On 18th March, our Founder & Managing Partner, Mr. Manjeet Yadav, presented Suma Technology Services LLP at the E-invoicing Community Meetup (ECM) in Singapore, hosted by IMDA. He shared how we empower organizations for GST InvoiceNow compliance through Peppol services, white-label solutions, and expert guidance.
